Sayog actuators are suitable
for a variety of switchgear and control signal systems. At

Sayog actuators are indigenously
developed since 1984. Simple modular design makes the actuator
easy to handle and maintain. Variety of thrust adaptors, coupling
and add-on gear boxes combine with the actuator to obtain
almost all types of movements.
Use of High quality materials
ensures maximum reliability. Sayog actuator are suitable for
outdoor installations and are suitable for wide range of temperature
from –20 c to +70 c. Special enclosures to IP-68 are available
for more severe weather conditions. |

| GEAR DRIVE |
| Well lubricated, robust gear drive is heart of SAYOG actuator. Ground worm gear is used for regulating duty for long life. Well supported and lubricated bearings are used for extended trouble free service. |

| TRAVEL LIMIT SWITCHES |
| Two easily settable cam operated Micro Switches are provided, one each for OPEN and CLOSE Travel limitation, Simple, economical gear train is used for cam operation. Sayog mechanism does not employ any springs to avoid malfunctioning of the limit switch due to corroded / slack springs. |

TORQUE LIMIT SWITCHES |
| Two reliable torque limit switches protect the driven equipment against excessive torque. Torque switches are precisely set at values specified. However the Torque setting can be done at site by using the calibrated dial. |
